hhaha.. yet another short pause.. well have been pre occupied with studying, my brother's booking out, meeting out, running here and there.. lolx... true, dead serious...

first of all, happy to see my bro for the first time after his 2 weeks stay in in Tekong... hes visibly beefed up.. but his mentality still a tad bit demoralised... well had been encouraging him though.. hope he can really adapt fast... =)

yes secondly, study study study... wat else? sigh...

but well last night, caught "Ironman" at The Lido with jeremy... thanks for the treat ah.. lol... man, a very nice movie indeed!!! A must watch!! definitely having re-watches... ;)

well... this week i must say.. will be a very queer and somewat surreal one(dun ask me why.. its just there.. hoho) there are sumthings i rather not tok abt...=]

haha.. well.. am looking forward to my good buddy's bday treat this sat!!

Today...

I went studying at the Airport!! haha... met up with Jihui and Holy at abt 2.30pm in in the afternoon... Place of study? haha T2's McDonald's... yea.. well.. liked the place very much!! The human traffic at the airport weren't heavy... very sparse i should say... thus making the place a very much conducive place to study... plus the air con was cold enuf... thus comfy too... ;) well... we studied till abt 6.30 pm when we decided to haf dinner b4 continuing with the study... so we headed over to T1's cafeteria... well the food there is reasonably priced despite the rising food prices... well i had my cutlet with rice for $4.50...

After finishing our meal, went up to T1's BK outlet for another round of studying... haha okokok.. then we studied studied studied studied studied studied studied studied studied studied....blah blah blah...... till 9pm... Then Off to T3 we went!!

sorry for the short hiatus.. hehe... there had been problems with my main comp and my dad sent it for repairs...

well as expected, everything's flushed out... but well lucky for me, i've got my data backed up!! lol.. as the repairs were mainly on the system, no hard ware change... well.. performance is not up-ed... how disappointing.. lol.. but well at least its still running... but hopefully in the near future, i'll get a new comp soon... ;)

hmmm... do u tink tink tt sumone in ur grp of frens is somewhat strange in his/her actions?? i tink many of u do.... ok, let me first say that this is not directed to anyone.. jus an open ended post.. =)

hmm ok, the strange actions... i call them quirks of one... well... but come to tink of it, how do u define a quirk?? irregularites in one's actions? or is it wat ppl wan u tink?? eh? haha.. i'll leave u to tt... =D well.. i wld like to bring it to you that ur actions maybe a quirk to others too. lol

it is often this case, individualism is high in this modern society... and its on a rising trend mind you... Alarming as it sounds, it is inevitable given the social flow now.... No I am not deviating frm my topic.. haha, individualism leads to the quirks in you... yea... i admit i haf my own quirks.. well i tink i haf MANY quirks LOLX!! *ahem* when everyone is having their own point of views, they set benchmarks within them, putting labels on things they see - damning or praising things...

So... if u haf a clique or a close group of frens, will u look at them with a different perspective if u tink they are strange in their actions?? Tay Lai Hock's the name of the person who said tt.. a respectable man i must say.... hes sumone who dared to let go everything he had in this materialistic world and pursue a more spiritual and carefree and ultimately healthier lifestyle... and we are toking abt active voluteer work (local and abroad) and healthy living (organic foods) here.... he occasionaly gives talks on healthy eating and living... he has a group of volunteers too... and they do travel around the world doing voluteer work, helping those in need... Good man!!

well yea tts a brief description of him... =) That being said, wat really etched into my mind was the reply he gave.... Living as a profession.... hmmm how true eh?? he said, everyday we are all numbed by the fast paced society so much so that we lose our direction in life, your real aim in life - living... while tt being true... sum may think this very subjective... yes no doubt abt that...
I personally think tt his philosophy of life is very interesting... =)

April Fool's Day

Well today... hmmm or rather yesterday... 2 of my frens tried to trick me with SMSes... lolx... well.. i dun usually expect any tricks frm anyone during this day... cos i dun do tricks... but well... 2 tricks... haha.. i feel lucky... lolx

ok the first one, sumthing on me betraying his trust and tt hes disappointed in me... well i must say, it was rather convincing frm the tone of the message... but... i dun remember me doing anything hurtful... well.. sumthing fishy... so i immediately anticipated his intent and replied "haha.. april's fool?" it turned out tt the msg was really an intended prank... hmmm well i'm sry if i'm a spoilt sport... but haha... cognitive reflexes... ;)

Next one... haha... was even more convincing... first he msged me "can u come to nuh now?" hmmm... tt was oozing with suspicions... haha... but i wasn't gg too well with the idea of involving an accident and hostpital...... so i sort of demanded for the truth.. It turned out tt...... its another prank... but well.. dun play joke with such things my fren... haha...
