Today

Went over Prawn's place for our routine training.... well we ran around the sengkang neighbourhood and ended up at punggol end...

well i must say though it was very sunny at the point of our run.... it was very very windy.... very cooling.... and also rather quite hindering.... wind resistance does haf an effect on a running person... jus imagine... strong winds can shift boats off course even if its large tankers.... well... we ran on. with the heat of the sun bearing down on us, it was certainly a tedious run... at least for me! lol...

we ran, stopped and walked up to punggol end... phew... wat a beautiful sight i saw upon arrival.... the setting sun.... the vast sea channel and very windy... cooling and enjoyable!! too bad my hp was not with me... or else u'll see photos of it here.... not long after we walked back out and started running again... phew!! bunny, can calculate the distance?? i'm eager to know man.. =) (if u can remember the route la ;) )

really really hope tt i can relive my old glory days.... haiz...


oh oh... i also bought a new USB PSP charger cable!!! woo hoo!!! my PSP is given a new leash of life!!! haha... =D yea!!
