Many had happened and yet its not worth recalling... It like i've fallen into this deep crevice in the earth... Year after year, slowly but relentlessly, it accumulates... Only I myself will understand this feeling tt is pricking my heart from time to time...

I'm not expecting u guys to also contemplate this feeling tt i haf (if you DO care at all) There are reasons to wat i do and behave... maybe tts good? maybe it can make me see things clearly and mould me into a nice person?? well only time will tell...

well... within this dull personality of mine, am actually screaming... screaming for an improvement, screaming for a resolution in my life... screaming for freedom in this cooped up place called my heart(spritually spking)...

But I doubt that will happen... looks like its checkmate to myself... maybe all these are pre-destined??

haha.. i noe its strange for one to tune into a international station where u haf other good local stations... haha... i'm not sure about you? but i like piano music, be it classical or contemporary... =)

well being an international station, they do haf foreign language broadcasts, namely- japanese (in the morning, 7am -9am), German(12pm to 2pm), French (3pm to 5pm) and korean(9pm - 11pm)... yea... the time in between and 11pm onwards is Music Interlude(my fav) haha... check their site out for more information...

so ya, for those who share same tastes for music as me... give the station a try... =D

well in this sunny saturday afternoon... i had too much time on my hands...

so i did my usual vid clips 'roaming' in youtube..... so far i've seen a wide variety of clips, ranging frm interesting to funny to weird....

and man was i suprised once again, to find this video on WW2 japanese atrocities!!!!!!! argh!!!

MAN!!! i'm not gg to say the name of the vid or the contents of it... its utterly disgusting... certainly not for the faint of heart!!!

the only thing i can say is that the things that were committed was extremely inhuman and total disregard for human life... man! its frightening to even think tt one can be capable of such acts...

Hey!! It really works!!

Well.. hey, i'm sure all of you are aware of the recent and ongoing campaign frm NEA for us to save power right?? and they are having a 10% Energy Challenge Draw (click to view the details)

Switch off ur appliances if not in use, switch off the main swtiches to fully off the appliances... well all these words are often heard ......... and often forgotten or neglected...

Well, one fine day late last month, my mother decided to heed the words and started her power saving regime with us.... well, wat was needed to do?? very simple actually: switch off the main switches to appliances such as TV, computer, fans, toaster blah blah blah... and watever that we didn't use we'd switch it off... only switching them back on when needed... we've been doing this since...

Well the bill jus came... well... the practice jus started so i wun say tt it has really affected it alot.... but i'm seeing a $20 drop in the overall bill... but i'm sure if we keep abiding to this practice, more or less, there will be results...

But nonetheless, i tink we all shld be putting in effort in saving power for the sake of, NOT MONEY, but the effort to conserve energy and save mother earth!!

and of cos... save WATER too!! ;)

Well jus finshed listening to a radio play "1979" produced by our very own YES 933 DJ Cruzteng... 10 episodes in all.... Gripping storyline, excellent voice castings by various DJs including my fav female DJ Peifen!!! hehe ;) u guys should listen to it!!

He had kindly uploaded the episodes into his blog for our convenience!!! If u haven finish it or not aware of it, be sure to listen to it b4 its too late!! wee~!

101st post!!

This is my 101st post!! hehe.. WEE!!

Off with 100th post thingy... I shall celebrate my 101st post!!

To celebrate this joyous occassion.... let me type sumthing really... hmmm... err... i dunno..

watever it is, here goes... i'm sure many of u noe the the claim that we, human beings, are the so called "higher beings" in this planet....




But are we truly, like i had mentioned, higher beings??

OR

Are we jus another primitive being or species in this planet, exploiting the higher interllect we possess under the delusion of sumthing we call "Civilisation"??

A Frustrated Random Post...

haf u met a person who wld tok abt money everytime u meet??

Well... i must say that all of us is alienated by money to a certain extent.... but well sadly, there are those who are at fanatical levels.... even coming close to obesession...

Well, money money money.... as all of you noe... is the root of all evil.... but depressingly, it is also the very thing that keep our livelihood up and running.... it had integrated itself into our way of life!!

But, to be always toking abt it.... is it normal?? wat abt other things?? other aspects of life?? its sad to see such things happen...

I feel so lost in this society...

A Gift

Well.. my parents jus came back from their Macau + China trip =) Drove over to changi airport to fetch them back home...

"Woah.. first time going home in my own car from the airport after an overseas trip" Dad commented... well yea.. their lil boy has a driving license now... =)

At home, to my surprise, my dad took out this tin can with the Beijing Olympics Emblem printed on it and asked whether did i like it... puzzled, i pulled out the cover... and wat i saw was a GOLD medal!!! okok not a gold medal really... but a pocket watch!! Kinda like these lil gadgets, and so my answer was a definite yes...

"There, you can haf it" came the reply...

haha... i'm happy of cos... =) Thanks Dad!! the watch looks nice right? well at least i haf sumthing related to the Beijing Olympics.. hehe ;)

2 more papers and a Revelation

Phew~ had one paper today... man... 3 papers in 6 days.... all those studying is taking its toll on me... feel my mind is gonna break soon!!! haha... but well, i wun allow it to break though cos i still haf 2 more papers left!!


Hmmm.. and the revelation?? well... its like this - jus now when i was at the void deck gg up to my house, i walked pass this group of young children... so apparently, one boy tried to sneak a bag of chips and was confronted by another fren (jokingly).... nth serious here... and so as if to protest he looked at me and exclaimed "UNCLE!! SEE HE TAKE MY POTATO CHIPS!!"

haha... well... i was a little stunned... at the same time, amused lolx!

well this reveals tt i'm OLD.. lol!! OLD enuf to be an uncle in children eyes... wahaha...
But true la.. i'm not young anymore... at least not young enuf to be called a youth already... more like a young adult...

man... inevitable transitions, dun like the feeling of it...

Phew~! 2 papers down... darn... i really dun comprehend how they plan my exam schedule...

you see, thurs was my first paper... which was a very tough paper... so yah after the paper, i was practically shagged out.. really.. i feel as if my brain had been working at an over-clocked mode.... was tired....

but... a paper was due next day!!! argh.. practically was studying throughout these 3 days non stop...

man.. imagine how stretched out i was?? lol

but i haf since refreshed, and had set my sights on tuesday paper.... well as for now.. i'll do toning down of brain activity... hehe!! but by tmr, saturday, gonna power up my brain once again!! woo hoo~!

well.. really looking forward to end of paper... hahaha!! =)

Well.. i can say this is the next best marvel superheroes installation after spiderman!! well.. hehe.. maybe even better!! haha...

okok.. maybe i am more interested in robots and mechanical suits (hehe!! given my 3 yrs education on tt aspect too!!) haha.. i find this movie uber cool and sleek!! check out the suits in the movie!! Mark 1, Mark 2, Mark 3 are the 3 variants of armour suits Tony Stark built...

now a brief describtion of the movie..

okok.. Mark 1 is the suit Tony Stark built to escape frm the terrorist who ambushed him after his weapons presentation in Afghanistan... Well Mr Tony Stark[Robert Downey Jr] here is billionaire industralist who owns the hugh Weapon Manufacturer company, Stark Industries.

Mark 2 & Mark 3 are the improved versions (or rather much much improved versions of mark 1) With the final variant, Mark 3(the red and gold suit u see in the posters), Tony Stark sets out to seek and destroy the weapons and those responsible for the deaths which his weapons brought...

As the story progresses, a sinister plan is slowly unveiling.... It turns out tt his business partner, Obadiah Stane [Jeff Bridges] had actually ordered the ambush in Afghanistan and sold their technology to the terrosrist group...

With all Odds against him, Tony Stark has to fight...

A very very very good movie!! luv it! Guys Be sure to catch it!! I'm giving it 4.5/5!!!
